MSPaint Manders V: More Manders

MSPaint Manders has become a mainstay here at DuelCircle Media over the past 10 years. From mander masterpieces to mander monstrosities, we’ve seen it all from the community. It’s only fitting that we keep the tradition alive for a 5th installment.

One of our recent favorites comes from Nicholas Shadowwhisper last year, who referenced the hit game Cult of the Lamb with this mander masterpiece to claim 1st place.

Meanwhile another favorite comes from Aaron Shadowrider with this absolutely unhinged mander monstrosity who won 2019’s top honors.

The community has truly continued to live up to the bare minimum expectations we have set year after year. Please continue to enlighten(?) us with more of your drawings. While we can’t put all of these drawings onto a fridge and give you a high five, we can however reward some of you with a few prizes for your creativity.

How To enter:

  1. Use a basic drawing program such as Microsoft Paint or make a physical creation, to curate the worst looking Mander you can. We cannot stress enough that your Mander has to look AWFUL. Entries must follow the code of conduct listed here.
  2. Describe and explain why you made your creation. Write a sentence, write a paragraph, write a MLA formatted essay, or even a novel since there’s no word limit.

Send your entry to contests@duelcircle.com with the subject line “MSPaint Manders July 2025 Contest”. Please include your wizard’s name so we can credit you if you win!

Make sure to send the file in a .jpg, .png, or .PDF format. If we can’t open the file, we won’t be able to see it and will have to disqualify you.

All entries are owned by their respective creator, and will be continued to be owned by their respective creator after the completion of this contest. Anyone submitting art that is not primarily owned by themselves, will be subject to disqualification. Submissions created through artificial intelligence will be disqualified.

Entries must be sent by Sunday, August 10th at 11:59pm Eastern Daylight Time. Winners will be emailed during the week of Monday, August 11th. All pieces will be judged internally by DuelCircle Media.
