They say art imitates life. And for most wizards, manders are the meaning of life. Therefore, the logical conclusion must be that art imitates manders.
For example, this piece captures the essence of Spring Break in the Krokotopia desert. While it officially doesn’t have a name, we’re calling it the Mander Lisa.
2022 MSPaint Manders 3rd Place Winner: Jordan Jadewielder
Without further ado, it’s time to dust off that laptop trackpad…because MSPaint Manders is back! While we cannot promise that your MSPaint art will ever be inducted into the Lourve, we can promise some cool prizes.
How To enter:
- Use a basic drawing program such as Microsoft Paint or use “paper” (doesn’t even have to be normal paper, can literally be a napkin) to make the worst looking Mander you can. We cannot stress enough that your Mander has to look AWFUL. Entries must follow the code of conduct listed here.
- Describe and explain why you made your creation. Write a sentence, write a paragraph, write a MLA formatted essay, or even a novel since there’s no word limit.
Send your entry to contests@duelcircle.com with the subject line “March 2024 MSPaint Manders Contest”. Please include your wizard’s name so we can credit you if you win!
Make sure to send the file in a .jpg, .png, or .PDF format. If we can’t open the file, we won’t be able to see it and will have to disqualify you.
All entries are owned by their respective creator, and will be continued to be owned by their respective creator after the completion of this contest. Anyone submitting art that is not primarily owned by themselves, will be subject to disqualification.
Entries must be sent by Friday, April 5th at 11:59pm Eastern Daylight Time. Winners will be emailed during the week of April 8th. All pieces will be judged internally by DuelCircle Media.
Prizes will be awarded by “creativity and presentation”:
- 1st Place: The $39 Wizard101 Lightkeeper’s Bundle w/ 5,000 Crowns or 1 Month Membership | Winner: Nicholas Shadowwhisper

MSPaint Manders March 2024 Contest Winners
All of us at DuelCircle Media would simply like to thank each and every one of you who submitted an entry. Whether your creation was cute or absolutely unhinged, we enjoyed them all. We’re pleased to announce our winners who expressed very unique creativity.
1st Place Winner: Nicholas Shadowwhisper | Cult of the Mander
“Cult of the Lamb? More like Cult of the Mander.”
2nd Place Winner: Amber Roseblossom | Mandar the Personal Trainer
“It would be so cool to train with Mandar the Barbarian in the gym. He obviously works out a lot since his muscles are so big. To have him give my Wizard pointers and spot her on Bench Press, would be a dream come true! My picture shows Mandar the Barbarian helping me finish my set on bench and helping me put the barbell back.”
3rd Place Winner: Keena Nighthunter | Manderina
“Meet Manderina, who will help you fight mobs after picking some flowers under the stars.”
